Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales, team leadership, and channel development. This role involves driving growth through direct sales, agency channels, and partnerships while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or agents to ensure productivity and performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/mentoring to team members.

Key Requirements:

Graduation in any Field

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 years in a team leadership role in the insurance sector.
