Job Description

TekPillar Services is looking for a proactive Assistant Sales Officer to support sales operations, generate leads, and help achieve business targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support field sales and customer acquisition

  • Generate leads through references and local activities

  • Assist the sales team in closing deals

  • Maintain customer database and follow-ups

  • Help execute promotional and marketing activities

  • Submit daily activity and performance reports

Requirements

  • Graduation mandatory

  • 0–2 years of sales experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

  • Willingness to work in field sales
