Job Description

About the Role:
We are hiring a Assistant Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting banking products and services. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers to drive product sales.
  • Promote CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) and other banking services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and referrals.
  • Provide financial advice and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit: 22 to 32 years
  • Education: Graduate in any field (mandatory)
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in BFSI, Sales, or marketing
  • Preference: Local candidates with strong market knowledge
