Job Description

  • Designation: Assistant Sales Manager
    Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Field Sales
    Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
    Location: Kharagpur
    Industry: BFSI
  • Key Responsibilities:
    Recruit and manage a team of advisors / agents
    Generate business through field sales activities
    Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
    Train and motivate team members for better performance
    Conduct market visits and lead generation activities
    Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency
  • Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales
    Strong communication and leadership skills
    Good network and local market knowledge
    Graduation is mandatory
    Must be a local candidate
