Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
โข Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
โข Stay informed about luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
โข Utilize advanced selling techniques tailored to high-end clientele, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
โข Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, visually appealing, and reflective of the brandโs luxury image.
โข Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking and tracking sales trends to optimize product availability.
โข Conduct follow-ups with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
โข Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
โข Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
