Job Description

Role:  

  • Responsible for quality team development and playing an important role in expanding the marketing 
  • Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisor 
  • To plan and achieve business targets in the area of productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activation, etc 
  • Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representative 
  • Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling 

Desired Candidate Profile : 

  • Qualification: Graduate 
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing 
  • Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years 
  • Two Wheeler Require
