Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to expand the agency network.
- Provide training and ongoing development to ensure agents are knowledgeable about products and sales strategies.
- Support agents in achieving their sales targets by providing guidance, motivation, and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
- Monitor agent performance, providing feedback and coaching to help them meet objectives.
- Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance agent productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve agency operations and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on team success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
