Job Description

This role is about creating successful insurance entrepreneurs. You’ll identify potential advisors, turn them into productive partners, and build a strong agency business that grows month after month.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Onboard individuals interested in becoming Life Insurance Advisors

  • Coach advisors on sales skills, product knowledge, and planning

  • Work closely with advisors on joint customer meetings

  • Track productivity, persistency, and business quality

  • Build a motivated and performance-driven advisor ecosystem

Ideal Profile:

  • Graduate (Any stream)

  • Min 2 Years Of Experiance In Sales And Marketing

  • Strong networking, mentoring, and people management skills

  • Target-focused with ethical selling approach
