Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Sales Leader to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet objectives.
  • Inspire and guide the sales team to consistently surpass targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with agency partners.
  • Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
  • Organize ongoing training and development programs to enhance team performance.
Basic requirement :
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in field sales and marketing.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.
