Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
โข Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
โข Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
โข Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
โข Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
โข Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
โข Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
โข Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
โข Gain a deep understanding of the companyโs services and find gaps in the customerโs lives wherein the companyโs services fit
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation in mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
