Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train financial advisors for business expansion.
  • Develop sales strategies and ensure target achievement.
  • Identify new business prospects and market trends.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to agents.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
