Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment, evaluation, and training of new agents.
  • Making action plans and assessing performance.
  • Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
  • Guaranteeing effective time management among all employees.
  • Preserving an adherence to agency policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Examining current market and industry trends and using what is discovered to enhance businesses

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 2+year Experience in Any field Sales / Marketing
  • Age : 21 to 38 years
  • Must be graduation
  • CTC : 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Performance + Heavy incentive based on sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentation skills
