The Bancassurance Channel Manager will enhance life insurance sales through bank partnerships, fostering strong relationships, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and managers.
- Conduct training sessions on insurance products for bank employees.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the bancassurance channel.
- Support customers in understanding and purchasing insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience in bancassurance, banking, or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities.
