Job Description
The Bancassurance Manager works with bank branches to sell insurance products by building relationships with staff, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products through the bank’s network and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers using the bank’s database.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
- Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualification & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in banking or insurance.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
- Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
