Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Bancassurance Manager to collaborate with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with bank staff, providing product training, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity to combine sales expertise with the banking and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sale of insurance products through the bank’s network and meet sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential customers by leveraging the bank’s database.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and management.
• Conduct training sessions for bank employees to enhance their understanding of insurance products and sales strategies.
• Motivate and support bank staff to generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Recommend the most suitable insurance products to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A graduate degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
• Native or resident for at least 3 years.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
