Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates for the position of Banking Sales Officer. Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through field activities and referrals.
  • Promote banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Loans.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Complete KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the branch team to provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate (Freshers Can Apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in field sales
  • Bike and valid driving license preferred

Job Details:

  • Salary: Up to ₹2.34 LPA + Attractive Incentives
