The Branch Banking Officer builds and maintains relationships with banking partners to sell insurance products, combining sales, relationship management, and financial expertise to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance to bank customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive business.
- Provide product training to bank employees.
- Engage customers, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain sales reports.
Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ Years of sales experience in bancassurance, banking, or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities.
