Job Description:
A Branch Relationship Manager oversees offering clients banking and insurance services. To determine the customer’s financial needs and suggest the best products to meet those needs, this involves consultation. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Examining consumer demands and looking for chances to cross-sell.  
  • Educating clients about banking and insurance procedures and goods. 
  • Helping clients make the best financial product selections.  
  • Understanding insurance and banking regulations to provide the finest options.  
  • Fostering ties with customers and offering post-purchase assistance.  
  • Increasing client satisfaction and hitting sales goals.  

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Must have earned their degree.  
  • At least 1+ years in sales and marketing.  
  • Demonstrated capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.  
  • Outstanding ability to establish rapport with clients.
