Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Officer to join our banking team. This role is responsible for promoting banking products, acquiring new customers, and building long-lasting relationships to meet sales goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales of savings accounts, loans, and other banking products.
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into clients.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with prospective clients and promote products.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is complete and compliant with bank policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales (BFSI experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Other: Must be a local resident with a bike.
  • Age: 21 to 38 required.
