Business Development Executive
SUMMARY:
The Business Development Executive role in the insurance industry focuses on driving revenue through the network of insurance agents. This role involves managing agent recruitment, guiding them to meet sales targets, ensuring product knowledge, and supporting agents in achieving business goals.
KEY ROLES:
- Meet or exceed set sales targets by driving the sale of insurance policies through the agency channel.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified advisor to expand the agency network.
- Provide continuous training to advisor, enhancing their knowledge of products, systems, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with advisor to ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance.
- Monitor advisor sales activities and offer support through guidance, motivational strategies, and problem-solving, aiming to increase productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new sales opportunities and target regions.
- Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow the customer base.
- Adjust strategies based on performance analysis to achieve better results.
- Ensure advisor provide excellent customer service, assisting clients from the initial inquiry through policy finalization and beyond, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
CRITERIA:
- Any graduate
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- 21-38 age
- Local preferable
SKILLS:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
