Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales activities, plan marketing strategies, and drive overall business growth. The role involves team handling, target achievement, and market expansion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Plan and implement promotional and marketing campaigns
- Identify new market opportunities and business channels
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation completed (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Team handling experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary Package:
