Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field sales, lead generation, and business expansion activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references.
- Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
Salary

2.50 LPA to 3.15 LPA+ Incentives + Allowances.
