Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the network of insurance agents. This includes recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and supporting agents to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the overall sales performance and growth of the agency channel by setting and achieving targets.ย
- Assist in onboarding new agents and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.ย
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure agents meet performance expectations and maintain high sales standards.ย
- Work closely with agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service, meet client needs, and enhance customer retention.ย
- Keep up to date with changes in insurance regulations and ensure the team is well-informed.ย
- Suggest corrective measures or strategies to enhance the performance of the agency network.
ELIGIBILITY
- Graduate
- Sales experience
- 21-38 age group
SKILLS
- Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions based on performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
