Business Development Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The Business Development Manager role in insurance is responsible for driving sales through the agency network, ensuring the acquisition of new customers, managing relationships with insurance agents, and achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets, which include premium collection and policy sales.
- Identify and recruit high-quality agents for the agency network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, providing them with continuous support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Identify new markets and potential sales opportunities within the region.
- Track agentsโ performance against targets, providing timely feedback and helping them improve their results.
- Ensure that agents provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from the initial inquiry to policy issuance and beyond.
QUALIFICATION:ย
- Any graduate
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- 21-38 age
- Local preferable
SKILLS:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
