Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to meet company targets. This role involves hands-on leadership and collaboration to deliver outstanding results.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.ย 
  • Implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.ย 

Key Qualifications:ย

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.ย 
  • Age range: 22 to 38 years.ย
