  • Utilize prior B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of chemical products to achieve success.
  • Locate and develop new business opportunities to expand the market footprint.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategies to the management team for improving sales performance.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, from acquisition to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of successful field sales experience.
  • Excellent communicator, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Must own a bike and possess a valid driverโ€™s license.
