Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to reach set targets.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales goals.
- Spot new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance evaluations.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
- Equip agents with effective methods to target high-value customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A completed bachelorโs degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Leadership skills to motivate a team and drive business success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with agents and clients.
