Theย  Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel is responsible for driving business growth in a designated region by recruiting, training, and managing a team of financial advisors. The role involves guiding the team to meet sales objectives and ensuring business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to reach set targets.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Spot new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance evaluations.
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
  • Equip agents with effective methods to target high-value customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A completed bachelorโ€™s degree is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Leadership skills to motivate a team and drive business success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with agents and clients.
