Job Description

Business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Track all business-related invoices
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

Candidate requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field
  • Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
  • Age 21 to 38 years.
