The Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel drives growth in a designated area by building and leading a network of successful agents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source, train, and integrate agents to accelerate business in the area.
  • Craft strategies to maximize agent productivity and meet sales objectives.
  • Provide consistent guidance, feedback, and motivation to agents for results.
  • Monitor market shifts and competitor actions to uncover opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to enable agents to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure all sales efforts align with company policies and compliance rules.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any discipline.
  • 3-9 years in sales or business development, ideally in insurance.
  • History of exceeding sales targets and managing effective teams.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
