Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team from the open market.
- Guide, manage, and train the team.
- Drive policy sales through the recruited team.
- Generate business and meet sales targets.
- Achieve half-yearly and yearly business targets.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation is required.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any field).
- Must own a bike.
- The candidate must be a local resident.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA + Performance-based incentives + Other benefits.
- On-roll employment with the company.
- Five-day work week with weekends off.
