Job Description

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales through agency partners and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive business targets through agency channel
• Support advisors in client meetings and closures
• Conduct training sessions for advisors
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance

Required Candidate Profile:
• Graduation mandatory
• 2+ years in sales/marketing
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset
