Job Description

A Business Relationship Manager is a professional responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients or stakeholders of a company or organization.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Meeting planned sales goals.

Candidate requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field
  • Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
  • Age 21 to 38 years.
