Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of life insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of life insurance agents
✅ Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
✅ Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market penetration
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Education: Graduation is mandatory
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing (preferably life insurance)
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
✔ Other: Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
