Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel expansion. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing distribution networks, ensuring high sales performance, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in indirect sales strategies, partner enablement, and market expansion.
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to maximize revenue through partners.
Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners and distributors.
Establish sales targets and incentive structures for channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and untapped territories.
Ensure seamless coordination between channel partners and internal teams.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to drive improvements.
Provide sales coaching, support, and product knowledge sessions to partners.
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with distributors and resellers.
Drive brand visibility and engagement within partner networks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all partner dealings.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with distributors and resellers.
Ability to analyze sales data and create performance-driven strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, or telecom industry is a plus.
