Job Description

As an, Channel Sales Manager  you will assist in finding suitable coverage, informing clients about our products, and fostering long-term relationships for their satisfaction.

Positions and Accountabilities:

  •  Determine the insurance needs of clients and suggest suitable plans to guarantee sufficient coverage.
  • Generate customer leads through open market outreach.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps
  • Making sure clients are happy
  •  Manage customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Competencies and attributes:

  • At ease conversing with customers over the phone or in person
  • Capable of recognizing and reaching out to potential customers
  • Recruiting agents
  • Insurance sales

Candidate Required

  • Pays 2.75 to 3.45 LPA + Incentive
  •  Age range: 21 to 38 years old
  • Requires degree
