Job Description
As an, Channel Sales Manager you will assist in finding suitable coverage, informing clients about our products, and fostering long-term relationships for their satisfaction.
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Â Determine the insurance needs of clients and suggest suitable plans to guarantee sufficient coverage.
- Generate customer leads through open market outreach.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps
- Making sure clients are happy
- Â Manage customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
Competencies and attributes:
- At ease conversing with customers over the phone or in person
- Capable of recognizing and reaching out to potential customers
- Recruiting agents
- Insurance sales
Candidate Required
- Pays 2.75 to 3.45 LPA + Incentive
- Â Age range: 21 to 38 years old
- Requires degree
