Job Title: Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Corporate Development Manager identifies and executes strategic business growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. This role supports the company’s long-term growth by analyzing potential opportunities, managing transactions, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis: Identify market opportunities and conduct competitive analysis to inform growth strategies.
  • M&A & Partnerships: Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of deals.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop financial models and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience.
  • Must Be A local Candidate.
  • Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
