Job Description

The Customer Branch Manager at HDFC Life plays a key leadership role in managing branch operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless functioning.
  2. Drive branch sales targets by promoting HDFC Lifeโ€™s products to customers.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales and support teams.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with branch customers.
  5. Identify and explore local business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  6. Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelorโ€™s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  2. 2-6 years of experience in branch management
  3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  5. Knowledge of insurance products and financial markets.
