Job Description

Direct Sales Executive

The Direct Sales Executive role involves driving the sales of insurance products overseeing the teamโ€™s performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Also plays a key role in recruitment, training, and motivating the team to achieve business goals.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor the progress of agents and provide ongoing support to help them achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills of the sales team and to enhance product knowledge.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed to improve sales outcomes.
  • Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry laws and regulations, ensuring that agents operate within these frameworks.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and generate leads.

 

ELIGIBILITY-

  • Graduate
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • 21-38 age

 

KEY SKILLS-

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
