Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, recruit, and develop potential Advisors to build a strong distribution channel
• Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the team
• Support Advisors in client acquisition and business conversion
• Provide continuous training and development to enhance team capabilities
• Monitor performance metrics and improve overall productivity
• Expand market reach through strategic initiatives
• Build strong customer relationships for long-term growth

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Field Sales / BFSI
• Graduation required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
