Job Description

Direct Sales Manager

The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales agents or advisors in a designated unit within the insurance sector. The role involves driving the sales of insurance products overseeing the teamโ€™s performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

 

ROLES-

  • Lead, guide, and supervise a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Set clear, achievable sales goals for the unit and ensure that these targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide continuous coaching and development for agents, ensuring they are up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance regulations.
  • Track and evaluate individual and team sales performance.
  • Assist agents in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer base in the designated unit by exploring new sales channels and networks.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS-

  • Graduate
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance products and the industry.
