Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategic changes based on findings.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
