Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring the team is focused on key business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers and key accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategic changes based on findings.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
