The Sales Executive will oversee and enhance the sales of life insurance through agency channels. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring agency performance, and expanding the network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the sales manager in carrying out plans and hitting goals.
– Assist in finding, integrating, and educating new insurance agents.
– Use market trends and sales data analysis to guide strategic choices.
– Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry requirements.

Requirements:

– The bachelor’s degree.
– Must be a Local Candidate
– Minimum 1+ Years of Sales Experience
– Must be a Local Experience
