Job Description
Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager leads a team of direct sales representatives and is responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the direct sales team
- Set and track sales targets and daily activities
- Support the team in and deal closures
- Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Build and maintain customer relationships
