Job Description
Department: Sales & Marketing – Direct Channel
Location: Cuttack
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales/Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or related industry
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45 LPA Incentives + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through assigned leads (self-generated or from branch/call center/other sources).
Meet prospective customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Follow up with clients daily to ensure engagement and conversions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including claims assistance.
Maintain quality of business and ensure policy renewals (persistency).
Candidate Preferences:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong convincing and influencing ability.
Good interpersonal skills and relationship management.
Goal-oriented and resilient under pressure.
Willing to travel within assigned region/city.
Knowledge of the local language preferred.
