Job Description

We are hiring a Direct Sales Manager who will be responsible for meeting customers, generating sales, and achieving business targets through field work.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers and explain company products/services.
  • Generate new sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the market.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic sales and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and hardworking.
  • Comfortable with field sales work.

Eligibility

  • Graduation completed (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Willing to travel for sales visits.
