Job Summary

We are hiring an Direct Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, achieving business targets, and leading the sales team. The candidate will focus on market expansion, customer acquisition, and team performance to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee sales activities in the assigned area.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (any stream).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or field sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

Salary : ₹ 3.00 – 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
