Job Description
We are hiring a Direct Sales Officer to generate new business through field activities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with clients and regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales
- Conduct door-to-door visits, meetings, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally and work on the field
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques
