Job Description
As a Direct Sales Officer, you’ll connect with individuals and help them choose the right life insurance solutions. Leads come directly from our internal channels — no cold calling, just genuine, value-driven conversations.
Role
- Present and promote life insurance products to new and existing clients
- Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for in-person discussions
- Conduct field visits when needed to drive conversions
- Build strong relationships and guide clients toward the right protection plans
- Take ownership of sales closures and post-sale engagement
Required Profile
- Any Graduate
- Sales or financial services experience preferred
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
