Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Distribution Sales Manager responsible for managing distributor networks, expanding market coverage, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market reach in assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through distribution channels.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide regular support.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product availability and market penetration.
- Conduct market visits to analyze demand, competition, and sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper stock management and timely product availability.
- Train and guide distributors and sales teams on product knowledge and sales practices.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Distribution Sales / Channel Sales / Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple distributors and territories.
