Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to manage partner relationships and drive business growth. The role involves extensive field visits, partner acquisition, product promotion, and close coordination with B2B clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to existing partners to build and maintain strong relationships

Ensure partner satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner

Identify and onboard new partners through market prospecting and lead generation

Present and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively

Support partners with product usage, best practices, and issue resolution

Coordinate closely with B2B clients to ensure smooth business operations

Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image in the market
Preferred Candidate Profile

1 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales (mandatory)

Prior experience in handling B2B clients

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Good relationship management and follow-up abilities
